Academy Terms and Conditions

On-Site Learning: All Learning will be in-person unless otherwise stated

Photo Release: By participating in BIMS classes, performances, and other social events, I acknowledge that my or my child’s image and/or likeness may be used in promotional or other materials including, but not limited to, advertising the school, promoting performances, communicating with potential donors, etc. Parents and students waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto to any such media.

Billing: We process all payments by credit card conveniently & securely through our website. 

Late Fees/Bounced Payments: To avoid late fees, please be sure you have a valid card on file (all info is saved securely). Should we be unable to charge your account for a scheduled payment, a $40 fee will be assessed to your account. 

Prorated Class Fees, Freeze Payments: We do not pro-rate tuition payments, i.e. if a student enters a class halfway through a month, the fee for that month will not be pro-rated. However, the total annual or semester tuition is prorated based on the month joined (e.g. if a student enters anytime in November, they are responsible for Nov-May tuition for a full year class). Additionally, payment freezes for any length of time are not permitted. 

Refunds & Withdrawals: All purchases are final and we do not issue refunds, credits or exchanges. Withdrawal without penalty is permitted within the first 30 days of attending a class. After 30 days, the student is committed and tuition must be paid in full for the duration of that class term (i.e. full-year, semester, etc.).
