Come join us for an open session at Mick O’Shea’s on Charles Street in Baltimore! We’ll have a youth-led session from 6-7, with an intermediate/advanced session from 7-9! Hosts for the session are Caitlin Hearn (fiddle/box), and Matt Mulqueen (piano).
Session is free and open to the public!
The Fourth Annual Irish Tenor Banjo Summit
An Irish Traditional Music Festival in Baltimore, Maryland, on the weekend of November 14-15, with workshops, ceilis, sessions, and lectures centered around the Irish tenor banjo - but with plenty for everyone who loves Irish music!
Concert and Dance @ the Green Room
BIMS is hosting a session and performance with old style step dancer Catherine Marafino Brice! Come join us for a youth session from 6-7:00, performance from 7:00-8:00, and a guided ceili (Irish Social Dance) from 8-10! Ceili dances are group dances, and steps will be taught and called. Musicians present with their instruments are also welcome to play with the band.
No cover, but a donation will be taken for the band.

The Baltimore Irish Music school is hosting a concert with renowned Irish musicians Oisín Mac Diarmada (fiddle), Daithí Gormley (accordion), and Samantha Harvey (piano/dance) at the Green Room in Hampden. Doors are at 6PM, music starts at 7PM.
Tickets are $10 for children under 18 and $25 general admission. Reserve tickets below or pay at the door.

The Baltimore Irish Music School is a nonprofit devoted to the preservation, presentation, and passing on of Baltimore’s unique strain of Irish traditional music. Come out and join us for our end-of-semester recital on Sunday, May 4! Students from the Baltimore Irish Music School will be showcasing what they have learned in the Spring semester. An Irish Session at the Green Room in Hampden! Youth session is from 6-7PM; during this time youth are encouraged to play and lead sets. The adult-led session starts at 7PM and goes until 9. Sessions usually led by Richard Osban, Matt Mulqueen, and Frances Cunningham.
