The Baltimore Irish Music school is hosting a concert with piper Patrick D’Arcy at St. Luke’s Church on the Avenue in Hampden.

Born and raised in Dublin, Ireland; uilleann piper Patrick D’Arcy gained a firm footing on the instrument after being taught by the masters via Na Piobairi Uilleann, attending tionóil and annual visits to the Willie Clancy Summer School. During his time in California he founded the Southern California Uilleann Pipers Club and the website UilleannObsession.com He hosted sessions in the LA area for decades and now enjoys doing the same in the Nashville community. He enjoys teaching workshops and has a broad online student body for both uilleann pipes and tin whistle. He plays a D set by David Quinn & Benedict Koehler and also a B set by Geoff Wooff.
